With the combination of our Floor Plan Designer, Interior Designer and Independent Living Home Modification Specialist, we can plan, design and construct a home that is tailored to your personality and style.  Your home will be created to accommodate your personal abilities and bring you years of comfort and enjoyment. 

We are very aware that your house is one of the biggest investments you will have in your lifetime.  If your budget allows, constructing it as an Energy Star Home is most beneficial.  It does cost more to build an Energy Star Home, but in the long-run it will save you money and be more comfortable throughout its existence.  Better energy efficiency and performance means lower utility bills and maintenance costs for you.  An Energy Star Home will use 15%-30% less energy than a typical new home.  This type of house must meet certain criteria and pass Field Verification and Quality Assurance tests.  After requirements are met, the house will then be labeled as a “Certified Energy Star Home”.
